Our Core Values

1. We Value the Supremacy of Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is at the heart of all we are and all we do. His life, death, and bodily resurrection define our identity, inspire our mission, and guide our purpose. We seek to glorify Jesus, follow Jesus’ example, and share Jesus’ love with the world. Jesus, God incarnate, is the Saviour and the Lord. Jesus is the only name by which people are saved. God has highly exalted Jesus and given Him the name above every name.

2. We Value the Authority of Scripture

We affirm the Bible as the inspired, trustworthy, and true Word of God and our ultimate authority for faith and practice. The Bible as God’s Word provides the foundation for our teaching, discipleship, and ministry. The Bible is the framework for developing a healthy and reliable worldview.

3. We Value Prayer as a Priority in Ministry

Prayer is foundational to our ministry. We depend on God in prayer for guidance and empowerment. In prayer, we align ourselves with God. In prayer, we engage in God’s transforming work.

4. We Value Promoting Both Freedom and Maturity in Jesus Christ

We believe all Christians are called and enabled by Christ to live in the freedom Christ provides and grow into spiritual maturity. Freedom comes through understanding our identity in Christ, resolving personal and spiritual issues, and walking daily in the Truth. Maturity comes through cooperation with the Holy Spirit in our sanctification, so that we become more like Jesus. All Christians may experience ongoing freedom in Christ as they maintain a lifestyle of genuine repentance and forgiveness. These practices are central to spiritual health and healthy relationships, as God brings renewal and restoration in the power of the Holy Spirit. Biblical freedom and maturity lead to obedience and dependence on God.

5. We Value Living in Integrity and Authenticity

We are passionate about helping Christians grow in Christlikeness, fostering integrity and authenticity in every area of life. Integrity involves developing good character reflected in how we live. Authenticity involves being honest, genuine, and open as a person redeemed by Jesus. Discipleship is not just about learning but about living like Jesus in thought, word, and deed. Integrity and authenticity are key to living freely and fruitfully in Jesus Christ.

6. We Value both God’s Sovereignty and Personal Responsibility

We affirm that God is sovereign, yet He requires Christians to take personal responsibility for their spiritual growth. We affirm and respect the integrity of individual Christians, churches, and leaders under the sovereignty of God. Our role as a ministry is to equip leaders and churches to help Christians live in obedience and reliance on God’s grace, truth, and Spirit.

7. We Value Supporting the Local Church

We believe the local church is God’s primary strategy for reaching the world for Christ. The local church is where the work of ministry takes place. Healthy church leaders are essential for the health of the church. We come alongside church leaders and their churches, equipping them to help their members live in Christian freedom and fulfil their Christian mission.

8. We Value the Ministry of All Christians

We affirm that God calls and equips every Christian to minister to others. Christian leaders and churches use our resources to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. By design and intention, our resources and tools are accessible, transferable, and usable by all Christians – not just “experts” – to help build up the Body of Christ. We help leaders and Christians minister to others with generosity, gentleness, and kindness.

9. We Value Identity-Based Leadership: Being and Doing

All authentic Christian leadership flows from our identity in Christ as new creations in Christ Jesus. Healthy leadership involves our being in Christ as well as what we do. We model servant leadership that balances healthy being and doing. We affirm that our leadership must be rooted in our abiding in Christ. Our leadership must flow out of His Resurrection life in us. We seek to serve humbly and sacrificially, reflecting the heart of Jesus in all we do.

10. We Value Maintaining Unity in the Body of Christ

We value the unity of Christians as a gift of the Holy Spirit across denominations, cultures, and traditions. We work to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, believing that God’s blessing flows where His people live in the Spirit’s unity.

11. We Value Grace Received and Grace Given

We embrace and celebrate the unmerited grace of God as the foundation of our salvation in Jesus, as well as of our lives and our ministry. Just as God extends grace to us, we strive to give grace to others in all our relationships and interactions. People of grace are characterised by integrity, honesty, humility, openness, teachability, love, and transparency. Grace and truth are inseparable, and we strive to operate with 100% grace and 100% truth.

12. We Value Mutual Cooperation for the Glory of Jesus

Christians are called to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Such submission involves mutual cooperation with love and respect for one another. We have offices and representatives around the world. Each one does their best not only to reach the area that God has given them, but also to equip other parts of the organization as well. We seek to model what it means to submit to one another out of reverence for Jesus.
